Shoxs' Jordan Tilton, Dealer and OEM Programs Manager, is recognized in the 2021 Boating Industry 40 Under 40 program. 

The awards program, now in its fifth year, shines a spotlight on emerging young leaders in the marine industry. 

Jordan describes his initial entry into the marine industry with a job as an R&D Captain for Cummins Mercruiser Diesel in Charleston, South Carolina. He credits his father for spending pivotal time with him growing up and inspired his love of the outdoors.

Jordan joined Shoxs in March 2021 to head up Dealer and OEM programs and to provide support directly to the organization's distributor network and boatbuilders. 

Jordan says about his role in the marine industry, "I think we're at a very exciting time with all the technology we're seeing, from diesel outboards, to hybrid propulsion, to massive center consoles and sportfishing vessels, all supported with shock mitigation seating and monitoring. 

"There are some big things happening in the industry, and I'm proud to be a part of it."
